Though, the footballer is asymptomatic, he will not play in the upcoming match against Sweden, scheduled in UEFA Nations League. Ronaldo is a five time Ballon d’Or winner.
The rest of the team has tested negative. The French team also said that their squad was completely Covid free. Portugal’s chances against Sweden will be greatly affected with Ronaldo’s absence. To resume playing, the footballer requires to test negative after 10 day isolation.
